Crafted with locally sourced ingredients and a creative seasonal touch, the menu features standout dishes like Smoked Trout Raviolo with Wye Valley Asparagus, Duroc Pork Tomahawk with Rhubarb, and a refreshing Mango Bavarois to finish.
